At first I didn’t have a positive experience with this company since they showed up 2 hrs late for the scheduled appointment, but they went out of their way to do a service recovery. They came today and did the pest control for free as a compensation. They even offered to do extra furniture cleaning services for free to make it up from the first experience and they promised us they would come back if we saw any bugs within a certain period of time. This shows they really care to provide a positive customer experience.

We're infested with fleas issue and continuous second follow up resolve issues , Proper vacuum follow steaming and spray and power application performed. Though not happy with timing as both time delayed 30 minutes each but happy with outcome.
