Mr. Babar and Mr. Ali came today to clean my sofa and carpet, I am super happy with the quality of the cleaning and how kind and professional they were. I have a cat, so there are a lot of small cat hairs stuck in the sofa and carpet, after they finished it all looked new. At first I didn’t have a positive experience with this company since they showed up 2 hrs late for the scheduled appointment, but they went out of their way to do a service recovery. They came today and did the pest control for free as a compensation. They even offered to do extra furniture cleaning services for free to make it up from the first experience and they promised us they would come back if we saw any bugs within a certain period of time.
