Project Overview
Eco Guardians was entrusted with a comprehensive post-construction deep cleaning project for Dubai Heights Academy, one of the largest educational facilities in Barsha South. The project involved cleaning all areas of the newly constructed academic building to prepare it for handover and student occupancy.
Our team of 20 professional cleaners worked diligently over a 21-day timeline, delivering a safe, hygienic, and presentable learning environment for staff and students.
Scope of Work
The deep cleaning project was categorized into the following specialized areas:
1. Classrooms & Laboratories
- Complete dust removal from walls, ceilings, desks, and shelves.
- Laboratory deep cleaning, ensuring chemical-resistant surfaces are disinfected.
- Glass partitions, whiteboards, and fixtures detailed.
- Floor scrubbing and polishing for long-term durability.
2. Mosques & Ablution Areas
- Specialized mosque deep cleaning with focus on prayer areas, carpets, and ventilation.
- Ablution areas deep cleaning using eco-safe descaling chemicals to remove limestone and mineral deposits.
- Polishing of taps, basins, and marble tiles for hygienic finish.
3. Sports & Fitness Facilities
- Indoor gym room deep cleaning with sanitization of all surfaces and mirrors.
- Indoor basketball/football ground cleaning including flooring sanitization and dust control.
- 3rd-floor indoor shuttle (badminton) playing ground cleaning, ensuring dust-free play surfaces.
4. Food & Dining Facilities
- Kitchen deep cleaning: Degreasing, exhaust and duct sanitization, equipment detailing.
- Cafeteria deep cleaning: Floors, counters, serving stations, and ventilation.
- Dining area deep cleaning: Furniture, glass, and flooring sanitized for safe food service.
5. Balconies, Windows & Special Areas
- Big balcony cleaning with pressure wash and detailing.
- Large window glass cleaning using water-fed pole and eco-friendly glass shiners.
- Artificial plant cleaning to restore aesthetics.
- Atrium and lobby glass partitions polished.
6. Clinic & Supplementary Rooms
- Clinic deep cleaning with disinfection of medical equipment, floors, and treatment areas.
- Storage and utility rooms thoroughly sanitized.
