Mr. Babar and Mr. Ali came today to clean my sofa and carpet, I am super happy with the quality of the cleaning and how kind and professional they were. I have a cat, so there are a lot of small cat hairs stuck in the sofa and carpet, after they finished it all looked new. Thank you Mr Babar and Mr Ali for doing such a great job, I’m very thankful and thank you Eco Guardians for having such great workers! Also, my cat is really afraid of other people and when the vacuum works, but Mr Babar and Mr Ali were very careful with the cleaning that my cat just sat there a peacefully looked. At first I didn’t have a positive experience with this company since they showed up 2 hrs late for the scheduled appointment, but they went out of their way to do a service recovery. They came today and did the pest control for free as a compensation. They even offered to do extra furniture cleaning services for free to make it up from the first experience and they promised us they would come back if we saw any bugs within a certain period of time. This shows they really care to provide a positive customer experience.

Eco guardian are actually so fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough! They have come three times to help me, first with cockroaches and then twice with fruit flies. Yasir and Ahmed came and they were so helpful and knowledgeable, I was able to relax knowing they were handling everything. We're infested with fleas issue and continuous second follow up resolve issues , Proper vacuum follow steaming and spray and power application performed. Though not happy with timing as both time delayed 30 minutes each but happy with outcome.
